I AM WORH IT  ....  DAY 2

Ok, so today is a little more trying.  It's hard to explain, i'm not starving, but so want to eat... anything!!!!  HAVING A PROBLEM not eating.  But I will triumph!  went to dr today, my cholesterol is high.  Dr says to try diet and excercise for 3 months, then get another test if not lower then will have to go on meds.  Otherwise he says I am healthy  :)

fiber drink
breakfast  shake
snack 2 eggs, orange
spark
lunch salad chicken rice
snack banana, almolds
dinner chicken, sauteed vegies, quinoa, honeydew

made it another day.  still fighting cravings but able to control it  :)

I am worth it

I ate a banana at at bedtime to help with pills
